Coaching
We can offer anything from one-to-one Executive Coaching for a leader who needs support, Action Learning sets for peer coaching, or a coaching programme tailored to your whole organisation which will train up your staff to become Peer Coaches.

All our coaches have over 20 years' industry, leadership and coaching experience. When working with you, we take time to ensure you are partnered with a coach who fits your specific needs - and we offer free ‘chemistry’ sessions. Our coaching sessions are usually up to 90 minutes long and we recommend 6 sessions over a 6-9 month period.
