Leadership Programmes
"These leadership programmes have undoubtedly helped further develop an environment of opportunity for all in our Institute by creating a network of engaged and pro-active leaders."
Dr Catherine Porcher - Leadership Programme Co-ordinator, University of Oxford
We believe the most fulfilled leaders are those connected to their purpose and core values and those who are in service to something bigger than themselves. All our work supports organisations and their leaders to discover and accomplish this.
Leaders must face complexity and challenge in our ever-changing times. We create transformational programmes to support leaders to face these challenges with confidence and courage, grounded in their unique experiences, purpose and values.
We have been running transformational leadership programmes in a broad range of contexts and industries for over 25 years; from the University of Oxford, Amnesty International and the NHS to FTSE companies. All our programmes are tailor-made to the needs of the client.

"My experience with this programme has been one of self discovery, and made me more resolute in my offer to the world as an entrepreneur and founder of a breast cancer screening company in Sub Saharan Africa"
Ella Anwi-Ticehurst - Co-Founder and CEO, Hurst AI Screening
How we work
-
We typically work with a cohort over a period of 6-9 months for the greatest transformational impact and to develop community.
-
Our approach blends one-to-one coaching, peer coaching and workshops, to deepen community and maximise learning.
-
Each leader clarifies their learning intentions at the beginning of the programme, tracking development throughout the programme.
-
We always work with the leaders’ current issues to ground the learning and maximise its usefulness.
-
We help each leader discover how they can make a positive & inclusive impact in their organisation’s culture AND act on it.
"A powerful and transformational programme that gave me space and time to establish what was important to me and therefore how I can use my skills to become a better leader and colleague."
Dr Dannielle Wellington - Radcliffe Department of Medicine.
